We always include Birth Breathing techniques to help during labour; offer practices to strengthen your body or increase flexibility; and ways to calm the mind with our fantastic guided relaxation and meditations. It really is an all round comprehensive approach, bringing the best in nourishing yoga together with the latest in scientific evidence.
Antenatal education is included in all our classes which are tailored to meet your needs. Classes are suitable from 15 weeks and we aim to help you to sleep well, relax by reducing stress, anxiety and help with depression and fears, stay fit and strong during your pregnancy – being healthy helps you and your baby. And some much needed time out for YOU – calm your mind and balance your emotions.

A pre and postnatal exercise class for mums who want to get in shape without the need for childcare. Run by a qualified pre and postnatal fitness instructor this is perfect for women of any fitness levels. Just £5 for the first class.

Busylizzy is the one-stop shop for fun, stimulating baby and toddler classes and antenatal & postnatal fitness for mums (you bring your baby so no childcare required!).
