OMF is an effective all over body workout lead by ex-military instructors. This style of training is ideal for weight loss, increasing your fitness level or building muscle whilst making new friends.
OMF Classes run every day except Friday, all year round, regardless of the weather.
First class is free.

A weekly timed 5k run. It’s not a race, just you against the clock. We also run a 2k Junior Parkrun every week for 4 to 14 year olds.
It’s free to run, but please remember to register before your first run, and bring a printed copy of your barcode along with you.
When you’re finished, grab a post parkrun coffee in the Tilgate Forest Golf Centre – come and join us.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm
Where: During lighter summer months we meet at Worth Way, Church Road, Worth, and during darker winter months we meet at Crabbett Park.
